Is it safe to Refill Toner Cartridge Of mono laser printer from local market.?
I have ML-1640 samsung monolaser printer.its trial toner is almost over.Will it be sensible if i refill the toner from local market or should i buy new samsung toner of much higher price.If i refill the toner will i get the same print quality and will my printer suffer any technical problem or any suffering in quality due to refill toner.samsung people do not recommend refill toner claiming damage to printer ,is it true? or is it just a commercial trick.
Answer:
Refilling toner cartridge is not just adding toner. Lot of clreaning and calibration routines are involved. Very few local people would know all the parameters correctly.
Also if you use refilled cartridge - the warranty would be void. Even if you go to consumer court you would loss the fight.
