How do I get rid of the faded left side on documents scanned with a Canon DR-2580C?
Every time I scan a document there is a 1 inch strip of blank or very faded paper. I have tried cleaning the scanner inside and looked for staples or damage from staples. WHat should I try next?
There is no toner because it is just a scanner. The fading is on the pdf file on the computer once it is scanned in.
