How to send UPS Express Reusable Envelope with postage paid both ways?
I want to send the reusable envelope so that I do not have to enclose another envelope. I am sending some documents that I need signed. I want to pay for the return shipping as well. How do I do that? Is it just a matter of printing another label, sticking it in the envelope and attaching it to the envelope on the way back. Also, will 2-day air guarantee Monday delivery or do I need to do next-day air?
Answer:
You would need to include a new label in the envelope. You can reuse the envelope, just not the label.
If you need Monday delivery, you need to do next day Air (UPS does NOT consider Saturday a deliverable day) by 12:00 noon local time.

How using documents enclosed wallets, extends the life of postal packaging
Also referred to as documents enclosed wallets, packing list envelopes, shipping labels, address and shipping envelopes, these clear polythene packing envelopes can not only save time but packaging too.
Documents enclosed envelopes are used extensively in mail order and busy industrial packing departments to attach delivery notes, invoices or any other document to the outside of parcels and packaging. They can be bought as plain or printed ‘Documents Enclosed’.
Envelopes come as a self adhesive, water-resistant, enclosed label pouch that ensure that documents are protected and address details remain clearly visible. Document enclosed envelopes eliminate the need for a separate address label, but can also save on packaging in other ways.
- Documents enclosed envelopes can replace hand written addresses or large printed labels on boxes, making it easier to cover address details and reuse the cardboard box. The same applies to postal tubes and other cardboard postal packaging
- Documents enclosed labels mark less of the surface area of jiffy mailing bags and so are easier to over label or remove
- If you wish to display your company logo or other important information to the customer, documents enclosed labels enable you to do this without the need for expensive custom printed packaging.
