Conversion of granulated gelatin measurement to leaf gelatin?
I have a recipe that calls for 3 teaspoons of gelatin (granulated) and I have a packet of leaf gelatin (6 sheets = 10 grams), so, how much leaf gelatin should I use? Unfortunately the packet of leaf gelatin was bought in a deli and the instructions are in German!!!!
