Wrap Netting to the Rescue!
Learn about the benefits of wrap netting, an alternative to pallet stretch film. Many industries that ship high volumes of perishable products should take advantage of this eco-friendly shipping solution that can save companies both time and money.
Many issues can arise in the time between when a pallet is packed and when the goods actually arrive at a retail destination. By staying informed about the new ways your business can efficiently transport products, you can ensure your shipments show up in top shape.
Wrap netting is a light weight knitted netting used to stabilize unitized pallets during the transit of goods. When shipping perishable items such as food, flowers, or medical supplies, wrap netting is a great alternative to stretch film, which is most commonly used to secure pallets.
In some cases, wrap netting can out-perform traditional stretch film. For example, if condensation formation on the inside of stretch film is a problem for your company, the use of wrap netting is an efficient, cost effective method of alleviating the problem. If goods require a well ventilated area to cure or cool down, wrap netting is a great solution.
Here are some common issues that companies often face when shipping pallets full of product:
PROBLEM: Products are boxed and palletized when still warm. Condensation forms on the inside of the cling film and deteriorates the boxes.
SOLUTION: Place pallets in cool down/holding area for 24 to 36 hours, or wrap the pallets in wrap netting to eliminate the time and expense of the holding area.
PROBLEM: A product has excessive moisture when produced and has to "cure" prior to being stretch wrapped.
SOLUTION: Wrap the pallet in wrap netting and let the curing take place in-transit.
Here are some industries that could benefit from the use of vented pallet wrap or netting wrap:

Vegetables

Wrap netting has the advantages of regular pallet stretch film combined with netting wrap. Made from LLDPE , after use the material can be recycled with stretch film products. Visit your local recycling center to learn more about recycling programs in your community, as rules vary in different areas.

Frequently Asked Questions...
How to cover stretch marks?
I have stretch marks on my inner thighs and outer thighs. I haven't found any legitimate way to reduce them or make them less noticeable. I tried every cream and lotion you an think of and now I'm even considering going tanning even though I know how terrible it is for your skin...I'm just at the point where I may buy a beach wrap for my bathing suit. Any tips on looking good over spring break?!
Answer:
CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO! Stretched skin is mostly excess fat growing bigger and bigger. Sunds like you're gaining more calories/pounds than you are burning. Try to spend at least an hour a day on the eliptcal, bike, treadmill, etc and you will definatley begin seeing results! All you have to do is eat RIGHT. If you get a burger, take the bread off and get carrots instead of fries. Pretty simple. All ya gotta do is set your mind to it and work at it!
