SnapChick's Weekly Wrap Up #7: Extra Dancing Edition!

Car Wraps To Grow Your Small Business

Car wraps are designed for maximum exposure. A typical wrap can be viewed by up to 50,000 pairs of eyes each and every day if you situate it advantageously. A recent report said that 50,000 cars pass a given point on N. Central Expressway every weekday. some of those cars have more than one person in them! Okay, let's take just a fraction of that and say that only 10,000 prospects view your marketing information every single day of the year.

Would That Help Your Sales?

Well let's do some serious ciphering. If you sell a service that customarily costs $1000 and has a good profit margin to it. Out of the 10,000 € you receive each day you receive 3 calls a week. That's not a terribly respectable result, but, it's 3 calls a week you wouldn't have received otherwise. Let's further assume that you have much room for improvement at selling your own products and services and a paltry 1 of every 2 callers will agree to research your offering with you further. That's 6 appointments this month.

Now, because you really need help with this sales process thing, you only close 1 out of every 3 appointments so that's 2 extra sales you earn this month which nets you an additional $2000 in sales. If your profit margin is 50% you now have an extra $1000 to play with. (Imagine what you could do if you were any good at this.)

What Could You Do With That Money To Help Grow Your Business?

The first thing I'd suggest you do is take that money and hire a part-time sales coach to improve your selling and closing skills. With just a little improvement your closing percentages could double, bringing more cash and the upward money spiral continues.

With an extra $1000 you could get caught up on a few outstanding bills. Every month. Or you could buy a piece of machinery that you need which might reduce your manual labor costs somewhat. You could afford to outsource your payroll or some other function that's been keeping you from focusing on what you really need to be doing. $1000 would let you put new tires on the company truck, or replace the windshield or get the thingamajig fixed. All that from just a car wrap, and that's just in one month.

Once in a while you might even take that revenue and have an employee party; one they're not expecting. You could take your wife out to dinner. Every week. To a really nice place. Or if she's happy just staying home and eating in you could order the really good Chinese and have enough left to make a down payment on that sporty little coupe you've been wanting. If you're really ambitious you could take a cruise and rest comfortably knowing that while you're on the high seas taking in the Carribean or the Alaskan glaciers, your car wrap is at home, parked by a busy thoroughfare working hard to generate your next month's Jaguar payment with leads that the new salesman you hired will be working.
